Rental Policy
These are the standing terms of a Wara hire. Specifics such as insurance excess, fuel and mileage are confirmed on the hire agreement issued at collection.
Hire periods
Hire is charged per 24-hour day from the pick-up time you select. Part days are confirmed with you before collection rather than assumed.
Collection and return
Vehicles are collected from, and returned to, the point agreed when your booking is confirmed. We operate from TRM Mall, Moi Drive, Nairobi, Kenya and can arrange delivery around the city and the airports.
Condition and handover
Each vehicle is inspected and recorded at handover and again on return, covering exterior, interior, tyres, documents, odometer and fuel level. You receive the same record we keep.
Fuel and mileage
Fuel and mileage terms are set out on your hire agreement at collection, based on the vehicle and the trip you've described.
Extensions
Contact us before your return time if you need longer. If the vehicle isn't already booked we'll extend the hire and adjust the total accordingly.
Cancellations and changes
Let us know as early as possible. Because we run a small fleet, early notice lets us offer the vehicle to someone else and keeps any adjustment simple.
Care of the vehicle
Only drivers recorded on the hire agreement may drive. Please report any incident, warning light or damage to us immediately so we can assist.
