Using this website
Vehicle listings, availability and daily rates shown here come from our live fleet system. Availability can change between your enquiry and our confirmation, so a submitted request is a request — not a guaranteed reservation.
Bookings and confirmation
A hire is confirmed once a member of the Wara Tours team has confirmed the vehicle, dates and total with you. Until then no vehicle is held.
Rates and totals
Totals shown on this website are calculated from the vehicle's daily rate and the number of hire days you select. Any additional items agreed with you — delivery, driver, extended hours — are confirmed in writing before collection.
Driver requirements
The named driver must hold a valid driving licence and present identification at collection. Vehicles may only be driven by drivers recorded on the hire agreement.
Liability
The signed hire agreement issued at collection governs the hire itself, including insurance cover, excess, fuel and mileage. Where these terms and the hire agreement differ, the hire agreement applies.
